Michelin Le Mans Cup, good performance in Le Mans for Ebimotors

Ebimotors got back from Le Mans with a good haul of points in the third seasonal round of the Michelin Le Mans Cup. Races were on Wednesday, June 11^th, Thursday, 12^th and Saturday, 14^th, in conjunction with qualifying practice and the hyperpole of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

The French weekend was full of twists and turns, but the Porsche 911 (992) GT3 R number 95, driven by the duo of Fabrizio Broggi and Sergiu Nicolae, was adept at remaining unscathed by penalties and contact.

Free practice ran fairly smoothly and provided the starting standings for the Thursday and Saturday races. In official qualifying practice there were many accidents which, given the display of multiple red flags, practically prevented all cars from racing. Consequently, the little data collected from the track, in view of the two races, prevented the best optimisation of the car set up. Also noteworthy was the very high number of entrants with over 50 cars divided between the LMP3 and GT3 classes (about fifteen of the latter).

For Ebimotors a seventh place in race 1 and a sixth position in race 2 were gained. Two drawn-out races, also marked by several safety car entries, but where the level that emerged was really high.
